Since September of 2001. Mr. Campbell has been the President of Guardian Home Services LLC in Cresskill NJ. Guardian Home Services is a Building Inspection and Environmental Testing Company which was founded in 1978. The company has performed over 100,000 building Inspections since its inception. Mr. Campbell has personally performed over 8000 building inspections on residential, commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Campbell’s expertise in evaluating a property is one of Selex Development’s key competitive advantages. Being the premier building inspection company in Northern NJ for more than 30 years, Mr. Campbell has developed relationships with thousands of real estate professionals, real estate attorneys and mortgage professionals. These relationships will be critical in acquiring, managing and disposing of properties in a way that will maximize our return on equity. He has the ability to evaluate and decide on whether or not to acquire a property within hours as opposed to days or weeks for other companies.

He is an ASHI Certified Inspector and a Member of the Indoor Air Quality Association. Mr. Campbell is also involved in the building of new luxury homes in New Jersey.
Prior to Guardian, Mr. Campbell worked for several regional Investment Banks which specialized in raising both start-up and mezzanine financing for companies in the medical, financial and environmental industries.
