Real Estate and Environmental Issues with Eric Tomaszewski Esq.

Eric E. Tomaszewski is a partner at Golub, Isabel & Cervino P.C. in Parsippany, NJ. Mr. Tomaszewski’s practice is focused on environmental law, including litigation and a variety of administrative, regulatory, and transactional matters, as well as the pursuit of insurance coverage for environmental claims. He represents both private and public clients in several state and federal jurisdictions, including, most recently, the trial of claims in excess of $150 million dollars arising from the alleged off-site disposal of wastes from a former manufactured gas plant site in Florida. He regularly represents clients before the USEPA and NJDEP with respect to compliance and enforcement under a variety of programs. Mr. Tomaszewski’s insurance coverage practice spans from multi-site litigation for tens of millions of dollars against multiple insurance carriers to securing coverage for leaking residential USTs. Mr. Tomaszewski received his B.A. from Princeton University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University’s School of Law. He serves as a Director of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section and on the Executive Committee for the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental American Inn of Court.
